Who can save Garden City when a perfectly peaceful day suddenly turns into a runaway emergency? WHOOSH goes the leafy cape of Captain Sprout, the broccoli superhero with a very big heart! “Ready to help,” he says, standing tall. But what trouble is headed his way?

Rumble, tumble, bumpity-bump—the tomatoes are rolling down the hill, and they cannot stop! “Help us!” they cry as they roll closer and closer to the pond below. One more stretch of hill, and this tumble could end with a terrible splish-splash. Can Captain Sprout reach them before they hit the water?

Captain Sprout stretches his strong stalk arms wide as the tomatoes rumble toward the pond. “I've got this,” he says, ready to put his superhero strength to work. Broccoli has vitamin C, which helps bodies grow and repair—but this rescue takes superhero action! Will his reach be enough to catch them all?

SWOOP—Captain Sprout catches every single tomato just in time, before anyone tumbles into the pond! Not one tomato is left rolling, and the whole bunch is safe at last. “Hooray for Captain Sprout!” they cheer, their scary ride finally over. But how do you thank a hero with such a big heart?
